Artist Alley tables are free with the purchase of a full-con membership. However, if you wish to guarantee a table for the entire weekend, the cost is $25.00.

MikomiCon Vendor Agreement
CONDITIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS:Thefollowing conditions, rules and regulations are in accordance with the policies of the Office of Student Development & International Programs/Matador Involvement Center, California State University, Northridge, California State University Northridge Anime Club, and Write 4 Hope. They will be strictly enforced. Disregard for the rules may result in your expulsion from the convention and future events.
- Staff will be on site to guide you to your space beginning at the described time the day before the opening of the convention. Your space will be allocated by the event coordinator, early set up will be permitted the day before at the described time. Vendors are restricted to their assigned space unless otherwise moved by Event Coordinator. Vendors may be moved only if the move can be justified by the event coordinator due to conditions that were either unforeseen or beyond the control of the event coordinator. Note: Please Do not contact the Event Coordinator regarding your desired location as special requests will not be considered within one month before the convention.
- NOTE: Parking is not allowed at the Vendor Hall site. Vendors will be permitted to load/ unload goods/ products at the Vendor Hall site during the described hours. It is strongly recommended that you arrive early to unload and park. Parking will be available in all student lots on campus. Permits may be purchased at any entrance to the campus. MikomiCon et al does not guarantee parking spaces.
- SPECIAL NOTE TO RV AND TRAILER OWNERS: THERE IS NO RV OR TRAILER PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE MAIN CAMPUS. You may purchase a $4.00 "all day" pass at the Prairie Street/ Darby Avenue Information Booth # 2. All oversized vehicles and/or vehicles pulling trailers must utilize parking lot "F10", located at the Northwest corner of Lassen and Lindley Streets.
- ABSOLUTELY NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON GRASS.
- All booths must be free standing. NOTE: vendors may rent tables and chairs; please refer to application form.
- Each participant is responsible for his/her own goods. Booth frames may be left standing overnight both during the vendor fair and while loading and unloading. The Office of Student Development and International Programs/ Matador Involvement Center, California State University Northridge, and/or California State University Northridge Anime Club, and Write 4 Hope are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, equipment or personal injury. Campus police will patrol area, but there will not be security posted at the locked building after hours.
- Each booth must have a responsible operator at all times. Each participant is to clean up his/her own display area on a daily basis. Excess merchandise should be covered. All display items, excess merchandise and promotional items must remain confined to your leased space at all times.
- Electricity will be provided via either a wall outlet or extension cord. It is recommended that vendors bring additional cords or power strips as may be required for unique layouts. CAMPING OVERNIGHT ON UNVERSITY PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED. No fires of any kind are allowed. Food or beverages of any kind may be sold after being approved by the event coordinator.
- All applicants are subject to review and acceptance by the Event Coordinator. Decisions by the Event Coordinator are final.
- REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS
- BANNERS permitted on or above your booth space are limited to banners that are free standing. Banners and signs can not be taped, pinned, or otherwise adhered to he buildings walls or windows.
- All vendors agree to abide by all the rules and regulations pertaining to trade practices, acceptance of deposit for merchandise, returned merchandise, etc., as legislated by the County and City of Los Angeles.
- Spaces are non-transferable unless designated by the Event Coordinator.
- Vendors may be charged by Write 4 Hope for any damages or cleaning fees imposed by the facility that are beyond standard wear and tear.
- All vendors are expected to be open during hall hours for business. The vendor agrees to begin packing their booth no earlier than 3 hours before the hall closes on the last day. Any dealer in violation of this will be fined $75. Any vendor that leaves or is removed for violation of this agreement agrees that the space can be given or resold by Write 4 Hope to another vendor without a refund.
- Vendor agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the State of California; California State University Northridge; The Trustees of the California State university; and the officers, employees, volunteers, or agents of each of them from and against any liability, loss, damage, expense, costs of every nature, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use by vendor of said property.
- Acceptance of assigned space by the Vendor shall trigger acceptance of and bind Vendor to each of the conditions, rules and regulations stated above.
